Veteran County Service Officers (VCSOs) are finding funding to provide help including financial assistance and transportation for veterans from the Texas Veterans Commission’s (TVC) Fund for Veterans’ Assistance (FVA) grants. Over $2.2 million in FVA grants were awarded for the current year.
