Service Overview

The Air Force was an excellent guide for me on the journey called Life. I learned the importance of being an exemplary leader. As a supervisor and a leader of various teams in the military, I found that the teams I led were very cohesive and unified because everyone had an identity and a place to feel respected and appreciated for their contributions to the goals. In order for a team or workplace to be effective and productive, leaders and managers need to know and implement empowering skills to encourage creative and entrepreneurial spirit amongst the team members.
