Service Overview

As the mother of three daughters, I am proud of my military service because it sets an example for them that we can do anything, and aren't limited by our gender, or what other people say we can or cannot do. I hope that as they grow up they recognize when they see veterans, that we are all different and there is no singular look or type that defines who or what a veteran is.
