An event every month that begins at 11:30 am on day First of the month, repeating indefinitely
Jiu Jitsu free for military, first responders and their families. Come out in work out attire, uniforms are available to use, as well bring a water source and get ready to roll. Check out their IG @heroesjiujitsu for more information. We do not host this event; we simply attend and share resources. On the first Friday of each month, we do have a booth that’s out there with some awesome swag.
