The Travis County VTC will utilize SCRAM and Intensive Outpatient Treatment to assist the Veteran the Veteran participants in gaining and maintaining sobriety. Scram will be utilized for a minimum of 30 days to assist with sobriety. IOP will be referred when VA treatment is not available for a particular Veteran participant due to work or VA eligibility.
