The Salvation Army - San Antonio provides emergency rental and utility assistance for eligible participants with an ultimate goal of maintaining current housing. The Veterans Financial Assistance and Stabilization Project will serve at least 450 unduplicated Veterans, their dependents or surviving spouses. Eligible beneficiaries will be required to demonstrate financial need through proof of past due rent or utility bills from the vendor/landlord.
