Homeless Veteran Support Services are provided by Opportunity Center for the Homeless, a City/Municipal Government based in El Paso, Texas. Opportunity Center for the Homeless is establishing a Veterans Rapid Rehousing Program that will place at least 46 veterans into their own apartments with housing goods and up to six months of rent and utilities fully subsidized through these funds, equating to at least 276 units of service. Clients will receive intensive case management on a biweekly basis through the Opportunity Center throughout the duration of their program participation to monitor personal progress on recovery plans and ensure adherence to program rules.
