Home Modification Services are provided by Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity, Inc , a City/Municipal Government based in Waco, Texas. Services will be a continuum of repairs/modifications/weatherization for low and very-low income veterans that meet eligibility requirements. Staff/volunteers and vetted, professional licensed contractors will lead work project. Services may include: repair/replacement of (siding, windows, mechanical, plumbing, electrical components, flooring, walls), caulking/painting, porch, deck or wheelchair ramp construction, bathroom grab bars, accessible bathroom components (bathtub, toilets).
