FBCSS will have a mental health therapist that provides outreach, education, therapy and treatment services to all Veterans and their spouses. Clinical counseling and treatment will be provided to all veterans who have served and their surviving spouses in addressing diagnosed conditions to improve their quality of life, relationships, outlook, & successful integration with their communities.
