Description

Home Modification Services are provided by Deep East Texas Council of Govts and Econ Dev District, 501(c) (3) based in Lufkin, Texas 75904.

Non-cosmetic home modifications for low-income veterans and/or surviving spouses homeowners to meet disability needs or safety/security needs - roof repair/replacement, septic system repair/replacement, ADA ramps, ADA bathroom modifications, HVAC repair/replacement for a minimum of 13 veterans or surviving spouses not to exceed $20,000 per repair.
