Home Modification Services are provided by City of Fort Worth, a Unit of Local Government based in Fort Worth, Texas 76102.

CFW will provide home modification to improve home base accessibility for those with physical disabilities or handicaps (walkways, ramps, sliding doors, handrails, kitchen and bathroom modifications). Home repair (plumbing, electrical, interior walls, flooring and lighting).
Services will be for veterans and surviving spouses.
