Get ready to show your Veteran-Owned Business status. The Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) Veteran Entrepreneur Program plans to launch a Veteran-Owned Business (VOB) recognition this fall. The program will provide a VOB logo designation for display on businesses, web sites and marketing materials.
“Forming a business with an idea is the easy part. Understanding how to secure capital, develop a business plan, and operate a business is the difficult part. That changed once I started working with the Texas Veterans Commission. Being recognized and verified as a Texas Veteran-Owned Business (VOB) by TVC and displaying the VOB logo will increase my business visibility within the State of Texas,” said Risheem Muhammad of EDS Technologies LLC and Air Force veteran.
