1. For all of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) questions related to your grant service category, enter numerical responses only. Do not enter commas or percent signs when entering a numerical response.
2. Enter the number “0” if the KPI question is not applicable or to report that no beneficiaries were served during the quarter for the specific KPI.
