FVA Emergency Funding Request (FVA-EFR)

Texas Veterans Commissioners’ approved a policy provision which allows the Executive Director to approve requests from select 2019-2020 grantees for additional funds. The Commissioners are hopeful that our grantees who provide critical services to veterans, their dependents, and surviving spouses can continue their operations. Accordingly, the Commissioners have delegated the authority to the agency to approve grant amendment requests for additional funds during the State Emergency COVID-19.

The three PDF files below will help guide you through the Emergency Funding Request process.

FVA Grantee Status Report (FVA-GSR)

March 23, 2020 — TVC is now requiring all grantees to submit a status report weekly, and at any point where a grantee’s ability to provide services has changed. It is important for our Commissioners to understand the impacts, reductions, and cancellations of services to our Texas Veterans, and adjust resources accordingly during the COVID-19 State of Emergency.
