The Fund for Veterans’ Assistance does not grant funds directly to Veterans and their families. Veterans in need of assistance should review the 2018-2019 Grant List to the right to find organizations currently assisting veterans in their county. 2-1-1 Texas helps connect Texas citizens and Veterans with the services they need. 2-1-1 Texas has 60,000 organizations statewide to help you. Types of assistance include those listed below, but vary by county of residence.

  • Undesignated Financial Assistance;
  • Transportation Services;
  • Mental Health Services; and
  • Family & Child Services
