Grant Management FAQ: 2019-2020 Reporting Schedule

As a condition of FVA funding, Grantee organizations are required to provide information regarding grant performance along with expense documentation on a regular schedule. The dates for these reports (either due from Grantee, or initiated by Grant Officer) are listed here:

Standard 2019-2020 Grant Reporting Schedule

August 15, 2019

  • First Payment Reimbursement Request due

September 15, 2019

  • Second Payment Reimbursement Request due

October 15, 2019

  • Third Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • First Quarterly Progress Report due

November 15, 2019

  • Fourth Payment Reimbursement Request due

December 15, 2019

  • Fifth Payment Reimbursement Request due

January 15, 2020

  • Sixth Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Second Quarterly Progress Report due. Grantees not meeting 2nd Quarter performance benchmarks must now submit a Monthly Progress Report until the end of the grant period, starting in February.

February 15, 2020

  • Seventh Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Not meeting 2nd Quarter performance benchmarks: Monthly Progress Report due

March 15, 2020

  • Eighth Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Not meeting 2nd Quarter performance benchmarks: Monthly Progress Report due

April 15, 2020

  • Ninth Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Third Quarterly Progress Report due
  • Not meeting 2nd Quarter performance benchmarks: Monthly Progress Report due

May 15, 2020

  • Tenth Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Not meeting 2nd Quarter performance benchmarks: Monthly Progress Report due

June 15, 2020

  • Eleventh Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Not meeting 2nd Quarter performance benchmarks: Monthly Progress Report due

July 15, 2020

  • Twelfth Payment Reimbursement Request due
  • Final Progress Report due

August 31, 2020

  • OPTIONAL: Closeout Reimbursement Request due, ONLY if final grant expenses were still pending when the twelfth Payment Reimbursement Request was submitted to TVC

September 1, 2020

  • Closeout Report initiated by the Grant Officer in GovGrants

Early Closeout

Grantee organizations who completely fulfill the grant project ahead of schedule may request an early Closeout from their Grant Officer. Please contact your Grant Officer if you would like to close out your grant early.
