“Texas VA Home Loans” is 3 CE hours specifically for Texas Realtors and you will learn about VA loan benefits, the pre-approval process, making offers, inspections and appraisals, using VA with the Texas Veteran Housing Assistance Program, and so much more. We will discuss current topics of interest including using appraisal contingency waivers on VA loans. You will also have opportunities throughout the class to ask your VA and VLB questions. This class is on Zoom from 9am to noon and it’s FREE because we want to help you help veterans buy homes in Texas.
