The 2023 Stand Down for Homeless Veterans and Others in need will be held at
the Bob Bowers Civic Center, 3401 Cultural Center Drive, Port Arthur, Texas from 9:00am – 2:00pm on
Friday, February 3, 2023. This is a free event that will provide for area veterans and their family
members; homeless veterans, veterans searching for social services, and the community-at-large access
to specialized services, resources and assistance.
