To participate in the Pre-Apprenticeship phase of the program, candidates must be:

• Enrolled in the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) coursework at a registered Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) OR have
an active CCNA certification
• Analytical and have strong technical problem-solving skills
• Passionate about networking, IT, computer science, or any technical field; and knowledge of adjacent technologies
• Able to multi-task, work in a dynamic team environment, and work independently
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
To qualify for the Apprenticeship, candidates must also:
• Complete the CCNA coursework at a registered Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad)
• Have an active Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) certification for the duration of the Apprenticeship
• Demonstrate continuous and self-guided learning in a technology field
• Have the ability to work full-time, remotely (40 hours/week) for 6 months during the advertised apprenticeship dates
• Be able to live and work legally in the country for which you are applying, without visa support or sponsorship
