3rd Annual Military Appreciation Celebration to benefit the Vietnam Veterans Association of Longview’s Scholarship fund for local children of Veterans.

Event includes a car show, opening ceremony, bands, food, auctions, and fireworks display.
Car show will give several awards including best car, best truck, best motorcycle, Veterans pick.
Opening Ceremony includes Invocation and opening speech, playing of “America the Beautiful”, Boy Scouts will present the American and State flags, 21 gun salute, Taps played to remind of the ultimate sacrifice, and the National Anthem will be sung with a flyby of a vintage warbird!

4 Bands will play through midnight to keep the festival moving at a steady pace playing hits from today and the past!
food and drinks available throughout the day.

Silent auction for a variety of donated items. Auctions will run through most of the day. Live auctions for several large items throughout day. Live auctions for the chance to take a ride in the Warbird! Raffle for the final sunset cruise in the warbird!

Vendors will be selling their wares so there will be plenty to see and do at the event!
Camping and a Friday night show for those early birds!

Event put on by Fred Lobster Social Club and Veterans Support Commission.
Veterans Support Commission is a newly formed nonprofit corporation in Texas to assist in local Veterans well being and this event is our signature event that we have put on for 3 years with great success!
