Housing for Texas Heroes Services are provided by Zapata County, a City/Municipal Government based in Zapata, Texas. These include Home Modification Projects to improve accessibility that support living in a home based on physical disabilities or handicaps, Home Repair Projects, including plumbing, electrical, interior walls, flooring, & lighting, and Weatherization Projects, including the sealing of doors and windows, siding, and roofing. Payments will be made directly to the contractors providing work.
