Description

Housing for Texas Heroes Services are provided by Rolling Plains Management Corporation, a City/Municipal Government based in Crowell, Texas.  Home modification projects will include all modifications outlined in appendix E to improve accessibility. Home repairs will include all repairs outlined in appendix E as allowable costs. Home weatherization will include all weatherization measures outlined in appendix E as allowable costs.
