AUSTIN, TX – On September 8, 2022; the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) Fund for Veterans’ Assistance (FVA) presented $655,000 in grants to six organizations for providing services to approximately 740 East Texas veterans and their families. Claims helps veteran’s widow get over $194K in retro pay, plus monthly compensation

In the El Paso area, the widow of a veteran was denied Dependent Indemnity Compensation in 2010.
